The Roughneck Drainage shovel has a sharpened blade, making it easier to cut into compacted, clay or root ridden ground. Ideal for digging deep narrow trenches for laying drains, pipe and cable channels as well as digging holes for posts and signs. Built to last, manufactured from heavy duty, carbon steel with a corrosion resistant, tumble, lacquered finish. The Power Ring socket, with steel reinforced plug, provides stronger blade to handle connection. Lightweight, fibreglass handle with a double-injected "D" grip handle for comfort in use. Features treads on the blade allowing increased pressure to be applied with reduced risk of slippage.
