The XEB-1R series insulated Ø4mm Rigid Socket accepting spring-loaded Ø4mm plugs with rigid insulating sleeve. It is made of brass sheet. The socket consists of two insulated, semi-circular contacts, which are connected to each other when a plug is inserted (switch function). The socket is screwed into predrilled panels of plastic and metal. It has 2x flat connecting tabs.
