Manufactured from drop forged steel, oil hardened and tempered. Cutting edges induction hardened to approximately 60HRC for cutting hard or medium hard wire, including soft-annealed tin wire used for fixing steel reinforcing rods. Black polished head and comfort grips. Display packed.
